The Department of Health recommends that each day children should get 60 minutes of physical activity of at least moderate intensity, and that at least twice a week this should include activities to improve bone health, muscle strength and flexibility.

The regular use of a trampoline can greatly improve your health. I recommend that my patients bounce on a trampoline for a minimum of five minutes a day to increase their cellular oxygenation, strengthen weak muscles and joints, improve aerobic capacity and most importantly, cleanse and detoxify the lymphatic system.
